Poor power quality of utility supply can result in loss of business, equipment failure, inefficiencies, reduced equipment lifespan, and plant down-time leading to financial losses. In light of that, Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) is in the process of identifying power quality issues currently faced by industrial and commercial sector consumers.
To collect relevant information about the challenges that industries are currently facing with respect to power quality, we have prepared a survey questionnaire which needs to be directed to industries/commercial entities under your scope.
Other than the questions to get your contact details, there are only 18 questions in the whole questionnaire. All the questions require only short answers. Therefore, the survey will take less than 15 minutes.
The feedback will help us take future actions for improving the regulations on power quality of the utility supply to industrial/commercial facilities. The information provided will be kept confidential.
Please forward the following link to industrial and commercial entities under your scope in order to access the online questionnaire.
